Sure.  We understand things happen that require you to make changes or even cancel your order once it is in production.  To ensure accuracy, we request all changes to orders already in production be made in writing – via email works great.  Changes made to orders in production will incur additional costs and may require additional production time. A minimum $12 cancellation fee will apply to cancelled orders.  If we have begun working on your project prior to cancellation, you will be billed for the work done to the time of cancellation.
